This can popped my tinned fish cherry, what have I been doing with my life! Great texture, flavor, oil was, awesome. I will be stocking up on this.

I really enjoyed this tin! The packaging is interesting and nice to look at. The fish inside looked appealing. The only thing that surprised me was that I was expecting a curry sauce but instead, the fish is in olive oil. I’m not sure why I was expecting a sauce because the listing says olive oil and curry but I guess whenever I personally think of curry, I think of something saucy… So if that’s you, too, I would recommend adjusting your expectations for this tin.
However, this did not subtract from my enjoyment of the tin! The fish was generous and tasted delicious. I ate it over rice noodles for a quick lunch and it was scrumptious. I’m not sure I tasted much of what I think of as curry (again, the sauce version) but it still tasted good and I liked it. I wish I had paired it with rice or had some crusty bread to sop up all the oil as it was tasty and I wanted to enjoy every drop.
In summary, although this tin overall wasn’t what I initially was expecting, I really enjoyed it and it tastes high quality. I definitely will be purchasing again!
