We recommend serving at room temperature or even heating for a couple of minutes on a plate to taste the flavor of the original recipe.

This tin delivers a lovely small meal. That’s by clear design. Delicate cod, but also paper thin slices of small potatoes, sautéed onions, and a single black olive to make it pretty, in a white wine and olive oil sauce. I warmed the tin in very hot water for several minutes, and I think that’s the way to go. I ate about a third of the can by itself, just to get a clear picture, and the remainder I had atop a base of salad greens, with blueberries and raspberries added, along with dashes of balsamic vinegar. I couldn’t have been happier. This cod is obvious a luxury, but it does not disappoint. Sometimes you’ve got to give yourself a treat, right? You work hard, you deserve nice things, g’head.
