    Oh these were so good. Expensive, yes, but delicious. They are sweet with a delicate texture. Good bite but not chewy at all. The brine is incredible and naturally sweet. I added some lemon, parsley, and salt and ate over crusty bread – but next time I’d incorporate it into a pasta dish. This was excellent and a real treat.
