Stuffed onions, are you kidding me? Nope, totally serious. And these are wicked good. Probably a little too potent for just popping in your mouth and eating (you’ll make the sourface), they’re best crunched in conjunction with a cracker topped with some tinned fish. Or in a martini. Or a Gibson. Or chop them up and add some mayo and your favorite tinned fish for an instant sandwich spread. Want something hotter than jalapeno? We also make a habanero version.

Exactly what I’d hoped for and I can’t wait for what spicy product that POW! comes out with next. Excellent jalapeno flavor with a good crunch and medium heat. I’ve not tried to use these in any preparation other than (1) walk by fridge, (2) open fridge, and (3) eat a few jalapeno cocktail onions from the jar. Highly recommend these. Treat yourself.
