    Good tin, definitely worth trying – I’ve not been disappointed with Mariscadora yet. This particular tin probably isn’t going to knock you off your feet but it’s a solid representation of a Spanish sardine at a super affordable price. The fish is a little fall-apart-y but that comes alongside a really satisfying flake. Medium-soft texture with average moisture and mild flavor. I ate this straight from the tin and did find myself wishing for a little more seasoning but obviously that’s easier to add than it is to take away … if you prefer a mild sardine that’s not too salty, then look no further!
