    Best garfish I’ve ever had! And at this price, WOW. This tin should be everyone’s introduction into the world of garfish.

    I was really impressed by these, especially in moisture and flavor. Texturally quite firm but in a very pleasing way, the right amount of density. Moisture levels were significantly above average for garfish, these fillets nearly come across as a firm-yet-moist sardine because the bite is that good. Flavor … wow, didn’t need to add anything at all. Salt levels were great and the flavor was deep & well-rounded straight from the tin at room temp. I’ll be buying this regularly.
