One of the first items I ordered from RTG. Most tuna is firm and flaky as expected. This particular part of the fish, the belly, is nice and faaaaattty…. Makes it so much more tender and juicy.
Take small hunks out from the tin and put them on top of a crouton or crusty bread with maybe some aioli or tapenade…you’ll know what to do. Outstanding Tuna offering, if not the best. Go get ya some!
