    It’s good but there isn’t enough balance between the EVOO and Lemon.

    When I opened the tin there was a brief odor of delicious Lemon and then it was gone.

    The next time I buy another tin with Lemon I’ll try regular Olive Oil as well as smaller sardines for more flavor penetration.
