    Delicious!! My last order, I focused on tuna: I wanted to try a bunch of different kinds in quick succession to see which I liked best. This tin has pushed skipjack up towards my top favorite. Lovely texture, perfect for a white bean tuna salad (ceci piccoli from rancho gordo beans, thinly sliced cabbage and red onion, chili crisp mayo all tossed together. I’ll say it again – delicious!)
